Why not try a Tandem Paragliding flight with Birdmen Paragliding.

No prior paragliding experience is required. Passengers are seated and strapped into a harness that is attached to the pilot. The only passenger input required is a little run on take-off and landing.
Passengers are required to sign an indemnity form & flying is undertaken entirely at their own risk.

Passenger transport to and from the site can be arranged.

The average tandem flight lasts for about 15 minutes. All flights are weather dependent. The sites that are generally flown are Lion's Head, Signal Hill, Sir Lowry's Pass, Hermanus and Franschhoek.

Passengers to bring their own water, sun block and a warm jacket.

The cost of the Tandem Paraglide is R950 and booking must be done
